While many companies focus on profit and return to shareholders, we at HPS believe that any business will continue to succeed when the customer comes first.
At HPS, our business model is one of simplicity—designed to deliver the highest value to the customer—both present and future. Our attention to any and all details and/or concerns—whether it involves a dealer or the end-user of our products (homeowner)—is reflected in our attitude of "success through service."
HPS is not a franchise and, therefore, there are no fees or royalties built into the pricing to homeowners. All HPS products are distributed through local, independently-owned dealerships, who commit to the highest standards of customer service.
HPS Executive Management reflects a robust level of experience. Our President has spent over a quarter century in the paint and coating industry, inclusive of management positions with privately-held manufacturers. He is a former Division Vice-President of Sales for ICI Dulux, the Glidden Company—responsible for over $120,000,000 in annual sales. Our Vice-President is a seasoned marketing executive professionally educated within Fortune 500 confines—having enjoyed a variety of successes on a national level. More recently, he has been involved in the "startup and growth" of individual franchise operations—as well as the overall franchise systems.
